Return the active readonly API keys for the authenticated account.
This endpoint requires the L2 header. Provide KUEST_ADDRESS, KUEST_SIGNATURE, KUEST_TIMESTAMP, KUEST_API_KEY, and KUEST_PASSPHRASE.
